Enable forgives

Forgive members who have not received a penalty in a certain time period

Enable direct debit

If enabled, members will be charged via direct debit if card details are missing.

Enable charge to account

If payment is not possible, members will have the fee charged to their account to be paid at a later date.

Send purchase receipts

Send a purchase receipt to members who are charged.

Weekday reports only

Charges for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all be processed in Monday’s reports.

Skip free classes

Skip charges for any class marked as a free class in Mindbody.

Process charges for full classes only

A class is considered full if the total number of attending and non-attending members is larger than or equal to the class capacity.

Charge "paid for" members

If enabled, members who are "paid for" by another member will have their charges paid by that member.

Skip classes with no cancel window

If enabled, classes with no cancel window will be ignored.
